Mid March, been waiting to get my hands on this game for quite a few months after viewing the videos of gameplay.

Que dice, essay?

I predicted the Ides of March, which is tomorrow, and the new pieces just came in today!

I had already seen and approved the prototypes, so they weren't a surprise, and yet to see the stacks and stacks of boxes filled with minis - it was like Christmas coming early this year!

I've also got the new hexes in production, and that is coming along nicely. It's a completely different production method and required a lot of effort to get it just right.

Unfortunately the pieces weren't the final missing component - I'm still working on a new box design.

I hate to keep putting off the relaunch date, but it could easily be another 3-5 weeks. The good news is that I'm back in stock on the most critical component and am one step closer to final assembly.

Hey Peter!

Got any updates? I keep telling my gaming buddies about this game and we are all fired up do get our hands on a copy. When can we get the keys to the Kingdom?

I just ordered my new boxes this week. It's amazing how long it took for the new artwork/design to be finished. I've been told it'll take about five weeks, but there is still the matter of approving a proof. This means you should look for new copies of Viktory to be available in mid-July.

In the meantime, I have plenty of other work to do, such as reshooting the videos on the site, updating the website, etc. At least that shouldn't be the production bottleneck.

Also, with all the changes associated with the new version, I've decided it's going to be Viktory II.

Those look really great. Flowing mane on the cavalry horse, great detail on the infantry and artillery. The frigate is my least favorite, but still looks fine. Would it be possible to post a picture of all 4 unit types together so we can see them in relation to one another? Also, what other colors will the game have? Thanks for the pics!

I hope to get the site www.viktorygame.com updated soon with all the new pictures and you'll be able to see more there.

The colors are blue, red, green, yellow, black, purple. I did a survey and those were the top six colors gamers preferred, and in that order.

OK I want to place another order for two games... just to get those damm pieces! woopee! let me know when they are ready. Can you post old pieces next to new pieces for size comparison?

BTW when can this game ship? I dont need a fancy box... just the pieces!... well the map would be nice too.

The main holdup is still getting the boxes. Even though I've already got the pieces, I don't have my whole shipping operation setup yet, and won't until I've got the boxes and get the games assembled.

I also need to update the site, but that hopefully won't take too long.

I'll be sure to make an announcement when everything is ready by sending out an email broadcast to everyone that has signed up for the notification using the form at the bottom of www.viktorygame.com.
