Can I check if my playing of the rules on Reinforements is correct:

If I have a mountain city with no units - I can place up to 1 cannon and 1 infantry from my reserve on that city

If I have a mountain city with 1 cannon - I can only place 1 infantry from my reserve on that city

Similarly If I have a grassland city with no units - I can only place 1 cavalry and 1 infantry from my reserve on that city

That is I cannot place more units on a city than the city can generate per the rules (1 infantry + 1 infantry/cannon/cavalry/frigate)

On the Capital I can place as many units of whatever type from my reserves.

Is all this correct??

If you have a mountain city, then during the Reserve Placement Phase, REGARDLESS of what is currently in the mountain city, if you have an artillery and infantry unit in your reserve, you can place them in the mountain city.

Similarly, you can always place a cavalry and infantry unit in a grassland city, regardless of what is currently in there.

This is of course subject to other restrictions, such as if an enemy unit is adjacent to your city, you can't reinforce it.

In your capital you can put all units, subject to no restrictions, from your reserve.
